We recently made the trip over to Little Summer Beer Bash hosted by Deya and we got talking about making a collab using two of our favourite newer hops that have been released in recent years. And we also thought, «why not use absolutely loads of them?». So we brewed a Triple IPA with an obscene amount of Strata and Idaho 7. Using T90s, Cryo and CGX this beer is absolutely saturated with these two wonderful hops that are giving us all sorts of aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, citrus, cannabis and red apple.
