DIABOLUS ein Belgisches Triple  😈 "teuflisch" raffiniert 🍺

Das DIABOLUS, eine Zusammenarbeit von 2 Beers & Stradtrand Heimbräu Freiburg ist der neueste Stern am Freiburger Craft Beer Himmel! Als Erstlingswerk im großen Sudhaus der beiden "begnadeten" (sagt man doch so?) Hobbybrauer, ist es ein echtes Highlight für Fans belgischer Biere!

Denn das Belgian Triple leuchtet in einem schönen, goldenen Farbton und ist dicht hefetrüb – genau so, wie man es von einem klassischen Vertreter dieses Stils erwartet. Geschmacklich geht’s direkt auf eine kleine Reise durch die Aromenwelt der belgischen Hefe, begleitet von fruchtigen Noten reifer tropischer Früchte und des wunderbaren  Zitrus-Hopfenbouquet des Citra-Hopfen. Eine Hommage an das legendäre Duvel Citra Hop. Zur hopfigen Frische gesellt sich eine leichte Säurenote, welche die  Komplexität schön abrundet und dafür sorgt, dass sich die 9,9% Alk.Vol. verdammt gut verstecken – eben teuflisch-gefährlich süffig!
Ob als stylisches Freiburger Mitbringsel für nette Gastgeber, als Begleiter zu Käsefondue, Risotto, Fisch oder reifem Käse, oder einfach für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden – das DIABOLUS ist eine gute Wahl!

DIABOLUS – A Belgian Triple 😈 "Devilishly" Refined 🍺

DIABOLUS, a collaboration between 2 Beers & Stadtrand Homebrew Freiburg, is the latest star in Freiburg's craft beer scene! As the debut brew from the experienced duo in a full-scale brewhouse, this beer is a true highlight for fans of Belgian brews.  

This Belgian Triple shines in a beautiful golden hue with a dense, hazy appearance – just as you’d expect from a classic representative of this style. Flavor-wise, it takes you on a journey through the aromatic world of Belgian yeast, accompanied by ripe tropical fruit notes and the wonderful citrus-hop bouquet of Citra hops – a tribute to the legendary Duvel Citra Hop. A light touch of acidity complements the hoppy freshness, adding depth and ensuring that the 9.9% ABV is dangerously well hidden – devilishly smooth and drinkable!  

Whether as a stylish Freiburg souvenir for great hosts, paired with cheese fondue, risotto, fish, or aged cheese or simply enjoyed on a relaxed evening with friends – DIABOLUS is always a good choice!
